Mr. Baldwin received a bachelors
degree in English with a minor in chemistry from
Louisiana State University. He is retired from Dow Chemical after 31
years. Elected in 2006, Mr. Baldwin is serving his first term on the School
Board.
Family
Mr. Baldwin has been married to his wife Pam for 22
years. They have 3 children who
attended East Baton Rouge Parish School System and 2 grandchildren.
