Mr. Black has a B.A. degree from Lyons College and has done graduate work at LSU. He is a Broadcaster, Advertising Agency Owner, Public Relations Consultant, and Professional Trainer and Teacher. He is a former LSU faculty member. He is currently serving his third term in office as a member of the EBRP School Board.
